Before Your Virtual Visit

  • Use a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
  • Connect to a reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
  • We recommend Google Chrome for the best experience. Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari are also supported.
  • Test your camera and microphone before your appointment.
  • Choose a quiet, well-lit location where you can speak privately.

Joining Your Appointment

  • Click the appointment link provided by our office.
  • Enter your name as instructed.
  • Allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted.
  • Join the virtual waiting room a few minutes before your scheduled time.
  • Your provider will admit you when ready.

  • Join 5–10 minutes early.
  • Charge your device or keep it plugged in.
  • Close other applications and browser tabs to improve performance.
  • If possible, avoid public Wi-Fi networks.
  • Have any relevant information ready: medications, questions, photos, or documents you may need to discuss.
